Translation Preview: Understand Scope and Cost First
Translation preview lets you check partial translations and document formatting before deciding whether to translate the full document. Preview is not a guarantee of the translation quality for the entire document.
What Does the Preview Include?
Previews are used to check partial translations and formatting of documents, with scope depending on the document and available account quota. Previews may require credits, and the task page will display the required cost before proceeding. Full translation requires confirmation based on the task quote.
When reviewing the preview, you can focus on terminology, paragraphs, tables, images, and page structure. Complex layouts and low-quality scans may require further adjustments; please verify important content before formal use.
How to Get Started?
- Upload a document, select target language and desired glossary.
- Review the preview scope and any required credits on the task page, then confirm to continue.
- Compare the translated content and formatting with the original.
- If you need full translation, select a mode and confirm the task quote, then review and download the file after completion.
What If Free Quota Is Insufficient?
Free quota depends on account status and usage, and is not a fixed number of files. When quota is insufficient, preview may require credits; the required cost is shown on the task page. Do not confuse preview cost with full translation cost.
How Is Full Translation Billed?
Translation uses pay-as-you-go credits. Cost includes a base fee for document analysis and depends on Token count and selected mode. Tokens do not equal a fixed word count; OCR and advanced models will affect cost. Refer to the quote displayed on the task page.
How Long Are Files Retained?
Unpaid documents are automatically deleted 15 days after task creation, and paid documents are automatically deleted 30 days after task creation. The retention period is calculated from when the file is uploaded and the task is created. Please download and back up both the original file and translation before expiration, or manually delete the task from your translation history.
Who Will Process My Documents?
Documents are used to provide translation services, and necessary content will be processed by selected third-party AI service providers. Please read the privacy policy to understand processing and retention rules; if you have specific confidentiality requirements, please contact the support team before uploading.
