Documents are used to provide translation services, and necessary content will be processed by the selected third-party AI service provider. Please read the privacy policy to understand processing and retention rules; if you have specific confidentiality requirements, please contact the support team before uploading.
Automatic deletion and backup
Unpaid documents are automatically deleted 15 days after task creation, and paid documents are automatically deleted 30 days after task creation. The retention period begins when the document is uploaded and the task is created. Please download and back up the original file and translation before the retention period expires. You can also manually delete tasks from your translation history.
