O.Translator has gained widespread acclaim in the field of document translation for its innovative online feature that allows instant comparison between the original text and the translation. This real-time interactive mode provides users with intuitive and efficient feedback on translation quality.
However, in certain offline scenarios, users find it inconvenient to consult or share translated PDFs. To address this, we have launched a new bilingual PDF download feature, which supports both horizontal and vertical layout modes. This ensures that users can easily access high-quality, accurately compared translation documents even in offline environments, thereby meeting the needs of businesses and individuals in various usage scenarios.
2. Download Bilingual PDF
This section provides a detailed introduction on how to set the layout mode of a bilingual PDF and how to download it.
2.1. Choose layout mode when submitting translation
When selecting PDF translation, users can choose the desired layout mode—horizontal or vertical. The effects of these two methods are demonstrated in the third chapter. Based on actual needs, select the appropriate layout mode, and the system will save this setting during the translation process.
2.2 Download Bilingual PDF
- Download from Preview Page
After the translation is completed, users can see the 'Download Bilingual PDF' button on the preview page. Clicking it will generate and download the bilingual PDF file with the corresponding layout, making it convenient for offline reference and sharing.
- Download History List
Users can also download the bilingual version of the translated document from the translation history list.
