What is Translation Preview
Translation Preview is a pre-translation service provided by O.Translator.
By default, when you upload a document to O.Translator and select 'Start Translation,' we do not immediately translate the entire document. Instead, we first translate the first half of the document (approximately 2000 words) for free. This way, you can preview the translation quality and understand the points required for full translation.
Click the 'Start Translation' button in the image above to enter 'Translation Preview' by default.
Check Translation Accuracy
O.Translator uses the most advanced AI technology for translation, which has far surpassed traditional machine translation and can rival human translation.
If you have never used AI translation before, 'Translation Preview' is a great starting point. Through the preview, you can assess whether your document is suitable for continued use of AI translation services.
Compare Formatting Fidelity
Document translation differs from other types of translation in that it requires maintaining consistency between the translated text and the original formatting.
'Translation Preview' uses a side-by-side comparison method, allowing you to intuitively compare whether the document format remains consistent.
** The 'Translation Preview' process is completely free, with no payment required.**
Free Preview Quota
Each user's preview quota is limited, typically allowing for the preview of about 8 to 10 documents.
We will adjust the free preview quota for each user based on actual conditions, while ensuring that you can enjoy a good experience when using the translation service.
Regain preview quota
When your free preview quota is exhausted, you will see the prompt shown below, and the initial part of the document will not be automatically translated. You will need to pay the corresponding points to continue the translation.
** At this point, you only need to complete the full translation of one document to regain the free translation preview quota.**
You do not need to pay extra for the 'translation preview'.
No translation preview needed
For existing users, if you do not need a translation preview, you can select the 'Full Text Translation' option when starting the translation.
After selecting, if you have sufficient points, we will proceed with the full text translation according to the model you chose.
If the points are insufficient, we will still provide a translation preview and inform you of the points required for full text translation.
